It's been 24 hrs since fibre was, in theory, taken to my house.
I called the afternoon after the morning of the installtion and was told it was going to finalsied very soon. I waited 50mins on hold for that information.
Still nothing this morning - I've been on hold for 1 hr and 5mins now.
Is there anybody out there?
