Get online support

No internet but nbn shows no outage

No internet since this morning.

Checked for nbn outage at my address, and there's no outage.

Rang TPG tech support number three times and got automatically disconnected after hearing a recording. This is unacceptable TPG. It is well within your service hours.

Nbn Arris black box shows flashing lights for downstream, upstream and online.

Please advise
