Hi,
NBN had an outage issue in my area since Sunday, which I got a message yesterday to say it's now resolved, however, I still don't have internet connection despite disconnecting power and resetting both modems.
The NBN DS lights just keep blinking and then it switches off and does the same thing. The internet 'green' light is also off.
