No internet connection in west Melbourne

What is going on with the Internet connection in West Melbourne for the last 30 days it continually drops out I was off-line for three days one time 24 hours they keep saying there’s nothing wrong and now it’s dropped out again tonight as it did last night run tests keep saying there’s nothing wrong

Do you know the type of NBN technology you have?

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection drops out?
