Get online support

No internet connection - no light on modem

Have checked NBN status on NBN website, all ok, have powered down and restarted all to no change.

both wifi lights on and power, no other lights.

pls help urgently  !

Check phone outlet & that cable hasn't been knocked out at all even a little when floors been vaccummed.

Otherwise check emails or TPG website 4 service upgrades 4 your area U live,cause TPG mess me to say they were doing upgrades on their NBN in my area and that may have disruption to service
