No internet connection

There has been no NBN internet connection since a few days

Hsve checked and no outage at my area.

I've been doing all these checking procedure - turning the router on/off, resetting the router, turning on/off the NBN box, resetting the NBN box,
plugging/unplugging the cables, swapping phone connection but Nothing worked.
The green light or not working as well on the rotor only the power and WLAN are green the rest not working

Please respond ASAP
