Hi,

 

My Network Connection Device won't connect to the internet. The connection light alternately flashes between red and blue and clicks, while the broadband and LAN lights aren't on at all.

 

Neither the NBN or TPG are showing outages in my area.

 

I have tried resetting my NCD and plugging it in to a different telephone wall socket with no result.

 

Please run a line test to check for a network fault. Thank you.
