No internet connection

There are too many drop outs from last 2 days and today no internet connection. I have checked the outage of nbn in my area but it shows no outage.

Hi @angel1234, what's the status of the DSL or WAN light right now? Have you noticed any changes to these lights whenever the connection drops? It would also be helpful to check whether these dropouts are affecting both and wifi connection.

 

If you haven't yet, try to restart your modem and the NBN box if you have one. Make sure that all cables are securely connected, and reseat the cables if needed.

Dsl and wan lights are flashing continuously. I have already tried to reset the modem and nbn box but it didn’t help me much.
