Get online support

No internet connection

Please help, still no internet connection after doing all of the following:
- turn on/off the modem
- reset modem
- went to and try to connect automatically and connect with user account. I was prompted that internet connection failed and to contact ISP provider
- also clicked the restart button under INTERNET_R_PTM1 but it IPv4 status goes from “connecting” to “disconnected”

Been on call hold with TPG for 30 minutes now but still no response.
