No internet connection

Hi there ,
Internet hasn't been connected now for 48 hrs +. Tried disconnecting modem, resetting modem , /ipconfig release and renew, WiFi working but no connection via telephone line. Tried calling customer support. Gave up after 20 mins, as I've got a new born and very time poor. Any light you can shed on this would be great. Help save a young family before we all get cabin fever and/or brains turn to mush watching free to air tv. Please and ty.

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

In this case, we've seen that this issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and raised to Telstra. Further updates will be provided by one of our Engineers via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available.
