No internet connection

Hello

I have recieved a msg saying to connect my modem and i have connected it correctly and checked so many times and still there is no internet. I checked if there is an outrage and it said my address is not connected to NBN. How is that? Can someone help me. I need the internet. when i spoke on the phone to connect to NBN they told me i will not be off internet and all i have to do is reconnect the new modem. I am disappointed.

For new services, we recommend customers to check first if their service has been installed and activated.

 

We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation

 

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.

 

If you have received this email and the service is still not working, we recommend to check if the equipment is properly set up and we have created setup guides for all technologies that TPG use : New Connection Setup Help

 

We also recommend to check if there's an outage affecting the service.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages.
