No internet connectivity

Hi - I'm unable to connect to the Internet this evening. The modem router lights are flashing. I've tried recycling the modem router without success.
Is there a known service issue? Can you help fix the issue?

I've seen that you have been in touch with one of our Engineers and the connection issue has been escalated to our Engineering for further investigation.
