Get online support

No internet, fifth time this year

I just spent an hour ‘chatting’ with tech support, they got so far as asking what modem I had. It’s ridiculously slow and I got no where.

My issue needs to be logged with the engineers immediately.

So tired of having no internet. Will be going elsewhere if this isn’t rectified immediately.

What is the speed that you are getting? Is that using wireless or wired?
