No internet for 2 days

We haven't had internet at home since Friday night. Sometimes it will say it's connected but any website we try just times out trying to load. Other times it says no internet. We've tried all the standard fixes.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, we can see that your service was affected by an NBN network fault. This has been resolved and your service should be working now.
