No internet for last 5 hours

It’s New Year’s Eve and I have no internet since 5pm
Had messages saying outage resolved and no current outage.
But I have no internet
Been on hold on phone for over hour.
Can someone please call me

Now message on phone is stating I can request a call back later but earliest call back is 8th January, that’s a week away !!!!
