Get online support
Have had no internet for over 24 hrs, and have been unable get any info/help on the phone. Cannot see anything online to explain this. Is there an outage in my area- Marrickville?

Hi @Leeesa, thanks for providing the account details via PM. We have checked the status of your connection and we can see a possible line fault causing the issue, but we'd like to make sure and perform further testing.
By the way, do you have a telephone handset connected along with the modem? If so, please check if you're getting a dial tone and if the call quality is good.
If no telephone handset connected, please advise us once you get home so we can walk you through with some troubleshooting. Thank you.
