No internet in Kedron, Qld since 2pm Sunday

NBN has all lights on so that's not the problem.
Router lights indicate power, 2.4G, 5G, WAN and LAN. Missing are Internet and phone.
Troubleshooting indicates Windows can't connect with device or resource (primary DNS server).. The device or resource is not responding to requests. Contact your network administrator or Internet service provider.

Before performing any troubleshooting, we advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage.
