NBN has all lights on so that's not the problem. Router lights indicate power, 2.4G, 5G, WAN and LAN. Missing are Internet and phone. Troubleshooting indicates Windows can't connect with device or resource (primary DNS server).. The device or resource is not responding to requests. Contact your network administrator or Internet service provider. Fault 12925764 lodged with TPG at 5pm

I did not change my password but for some reason the password I always used on a slave email account does not work anymore. I tried to reset it online through "forgot password?" but when I entered the username or the customer number, the page said that it wasn't able to do it.
