No internet light on router

Hi there! I have just connected my internet and NBN router, but the internet symbol is not lit up and we don't have internet. Please help!

TPG supplied modems are plug and play; if it hasn't connected to the internet after a few minutes to an hour, kindly refer to this article: New Connection Setup Help

Otherwise, PM us with your TPG account details so we can check your connection.
