No internet or extremely slow DL speed

For the past month we've had issues with our internet connection needing to restart the router.

At first I may have had to restart the router once every few days but It is getting worse over time and for the past week I had to restart the router every couple of hours and now we've lost connection all togheter.

I can't get through to your support what can I do.

In order to confirm if you are getting a slow connection speed, you may check this directly with your modem/router.

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection when you tested the speed? These articles might help you troubleshoot your speed issue as well as loss of internet.
