No internet or no 4g light on modem

Good everning,

Recently i feel that i internet is too low and i found out that my internet never run well seen i started using the 4g home broadband

I have never seen the green light on 4g light, mostly is red and no 4g light. Recently the internet light some time just turn off and be back in a few minutes

Could you please help
