Get online support
Hi, just looking to get some assistance here as I kept getting put on hold over the phone.
I have had stable connection for many many months, but since last night I couldn't connect to the internet. On the modem I have the the "power", "2.4g", "5g" lights as green, and "DSL", "internet" lights as off. I did the usual checks, the cables are plugged in, the network configuration is unchanged, I restarted the router which did not help, I checked NBN outages and my area is unaffected.
Any help would be appreciated as I'm trying to meet a deadline.
