We don't have internet since yesterday. we live in wheelers hill. Calling on 131423, no one responds.
neither there is any status shown on status service as well.
please let me know what is the status. what is going on???

We were able to locate your account using your community details and we understand that you were able to reach our Tech team yesterday. They've informed you that NBN Co has experienced a network outage which cost the service disruption.
We can see that the service is now back to normal and is working within specification since NBN Co has fixed the fault within their network.
