I can't connect to NBN after power outage. Calling tech support for 2 days now and nobody answer. Send msg to tech support no anwer. Lodge fault in app no respond. Are you guys here just to take as much money as you can from customers with less work as posibble? Is there anyone in TPG that actually can help. If so, I want to cancel my account with TPG.

However, if you're struggling to get through, one thing to try is reaching out to them on social media (like Twitter or Facebook)—a lot of times, they respond quicker that way.

Before you cancel, though, have you checked any troubleshooting steps with your NBN connection? If you haven’t, I can walk you through a few quick fixes that might get things back up and running.

What’s your situation like with the NBN setup? Do you see any lights on the modem, or is it completely dead?

We're in the same situation. No internet since Jan 16. Tried to call, email, report a fault and lodge messages via TPG app but no response from TPG...
