I've located your account using your Community details and can see that this case is being handled by our Engineering team.
Their assessment shows a fault on the physical line being managed by Telstra hence, they've requested to have a Telstra technician to be sent out.
Telstra technician has been sent out today and their report shows that they've replaced a faulty cable at the pillar and MDF. This should fix this issue.
Please retest and monitor your connection.
If the issue persists, feel free to bump up this thread.
