I have no internet on my HFC NBN connection. The internet light is off on the router Archer VR1600v.
There are 4 green lights on the Arris NBN modem.
Router logs below.
I called technical support yesterday but received no update yet.
Can you please help? Internet has been lost for almost 10 hours.
