My internet dropped out today and have been told its an NBN issue. It appears i may have no internet for the weekend which is so frustrating, i contacted help desk today and have not recieved any update (sms or email). I need the internet for my work, it really is unacceptable.

We've reviewed the account and learned that there was an issue within the NBN account, which is why the service was not working.
It appears that the NBN account has been restored and the internet is working within specification.

Hi Basil, thanks for your email however i have no internet for 3 days now so i'm not sure we you got your information from. I'm currently waiting for TPG to call me back to attempt to sort the problem out.
