Hi, our internet has been disconnected, we requested that you move the internet to our new address when we move on the 2nd but instead you have done so today and we are now without a connection, please restore it to our current address, not the future one, promptly

@tbeva11 You can chat with our billing and customer service team through https://www.tpg.com.au/support/contact so they can ask NBN to temporarily reverse the transfer.
