We have alrrady set up all the equipment and its been two weeks and we still have no internet ! If today still can't fix, we will cancel out plan .

We're sorry to learn that the activation of the service wasn't smooth sailing. 

 

NBN installation can generally take 10 working days however, we still provide a timeframe of 2-30 working days. 

 

Recent notes indicated that a technician visited to day however, the activation was unsuccessful. This has been reported to NBN Co for further investigation. 

 

Please be aware that regardless of the ISP, it will still be the same outcome as NBN Co is the wholesale provider of the NBN services and will most likely be using the designated port for your service address. 

 

A Case Manager will be assigned to monitor the case and will provide updates as soon as it becomes available.

Thank you for your reply, we have waited half a month and still have no internet. I am cancelling this plan and expect a refund.
