NBN connected on Monday it went a bit flakey yesterday and is now not working at all. All lights are working the nbn connection device - with the lan light flashing - attached for lights on modem
I have three kids home schooling all with end of term online assessments and I am working from home!!

Yep same here in Turra. No way of getting through to support as that part of their website is down and the call centre is “experiencing high demand”
