I live in the Bankstown area and the phone and internet has stopped working since yesterday morning. Please resolve ASAP, the support call centre is not taking calls.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, your account has been terminated due to non-payment issue. Notification was sent via Email multiple times with no response.
