No lights on black NBN box

Hi,
Just got home from work & the internet isn't working. No lights at all showing on the black NBN box. Can see lights on the modem. I have tried plugging the NBN box into a different power source but still no green lights showing, not even the power light. Have just had a big storm sweep through Sydney so suspect a surge has taken the box out? What do I need to do? Many thanks in advance!
