Internet connection has been down since this morning. Tried calling support but kept on hold for a long time with nobody answering. I can see that only 2 lights are on for the nbn connection device. I've checked the nbn website and there is no outage in my area. This has been recurring almost every 3 months ever since I switched to the nbn and has been quite frustrating.
