No nbn internet conection

From this morning, my internet is not connected and only power on. What happen in my internet?

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.


Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage

I am going to contact Technical support: (02) 9007 2000 from 08:00 pm to till time 09:10 pm still no one is coming on the phone.


My NBN internet is not working for the last 2 Days.

TPG does have not a good technical support service. I am not happy with technical support
