Hi support, I lost my internet connection since 4pm yesterday. My account number is XXXXX. NBN modern online led keep flashing ， other three leds are solid. Can u please help?

We ran tests and the results showed that the NBN box is offline which mirrors out the status of the lights on the device. This needs to be raised to NBNCo for repair. I have escalated this issue to our Engineering Team for assistance. Once an update is available, you will be contacted via SMS or phone call.
