I have just been informed by a TPG officer that he cannot access my account, due to my birthday not being a match to the date that is saved in the system. I tried to update/change my birthday on the "Update Contact & Payment Details" page on the website, however the option (usually found under Fax) is not there. Could someone please let me know what I need to do to correct my birthday. Thank you.
