No service since Sunday 12 Nov 23! Can’t reach anyone/ for help

Please please can someone help. Been calling support multiple times with at least 20 wait time, no answer!!! Came back from travel on Sunday 12 Nov 23 with no home internet wi fi. Checked nbn outage page, said no outage. Reset modem multiple times, online nbn modem is still blinking... wifi tpg modem is all good... please I'm not good at IT and WFH. Can someone please help.....
