No update after technician visit

Hello,

A TPG technician visited today. They said they were unable to assist and a NBN technician would need to be called.

They said I would get details and an update shortly after they left but I have not had any news.

Can someone PM me with an update, next steps and timeframes?

We checked the account and learned that you've been in touch with our Engineering team.

The case has been raised to the NBN Co and updates will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
