Node Upgrade inn wetherill park

Hi. Im just wondering when will the Node be fully upgraded in the wetherill park suburb.

I live on Ibsen Place and my speed here oly tops at 20 bpm very rarely. my average speed is 16bpm.

I pay for 50 bpm and I know i wont get that, But i should be getting at least 40bpm on average. Or am i wrong in thinking that.

With Covid 19 issues. i cant even request for an upgrade as the Node wont give me any higher speeds.

Are you able to let me know if anything can be done now?

I have uploaded a speed test i performed right now.
