North Sydney - unreliable connection

Jackie was very helpful and with no other devices in the home connected I could get a good quality connection.

However, tonight at 8pm I disconnected all other devices and started a zoom meeting. The connection was terrible again. I tried 5G and 2.4G  then I had to hotspot my phone to conduct the meeting. After the meeting I checked everything again - the connection was awful. I am sending a speed test screenshot - so you can see what I am dealing with
 
I am going online again in the morning at 9am. Fingers crossed. Running a business online is almost impossible at the moment

I have purchased an Ethernet network adapter and an 8m cable and am now plugged directly into the modem. Let's hope that this provides a reliable connection !
