Not getting the right speed

Hi Team,

I have the NBN FTTN Broadband SL Bundle 100 plan on January this year. The promised max speed I can receive is around 66Mbps, for the beginning I am still be able to get quite a good download speed around 40 to 50 Mbps. But recently I found out that the download speed has been reduced dramatically to only 14 to 18Mbps. This is obviously is not what I pay for. Would the team be able to help me find out what caused this low speed issue? Thanks.
