Off Peak Hours

Hi. I'm probably a bit slow when it comes to internet use, but, can somebody please tell me just when the off peak hours are for Queensland?? Also, I can seen my download summery is telling me that I am logging on at around 21OO hrs which is not possible which is not possible as I am in bed asleep at 11pm. I am very confused!!!

I was able to locate your account using your community details. Based on your NBN12 Plan's Off-Peak Period: 0230-0830. Download summary will show it is connected as long as the modem/router is turned on.

I can see that your service has been connected to our network since 2018-10-31. I refreshed your service connection.
