I receive an adsl_comms thread exists error when trying to change my NBN HFC plan - please fix my account, remove the ADSL settings as this account no longer exists. The phone number porting over NBN HFC is to complete so there is no reason for ADSL codes to be on the line anymore.
The change of plan case may be delayed or will not be processed, while the phone number from your ADSL service is being ported to the NBN service.
It requires a few hours for the whole account to be updated. We understand that the change of plan to NBN50 from NBN12 has been applied after it went through on Tuesday evening.
