Ongoing Planned Maintenance

Constant maintenance causing lag and buffering is getting pretty annoying. Seems to never end. How about as the paying customer providing us with some sort of deduction on our monthly bill everytime there is maintenance? So frustrating. Cant do/watch anything without this constant freezing.
