The NBN didn't disconnect at 07:10, I don't believe the issue is resolved yet and will monitor it for the rest of this week.
We understand that our Engineers have been in touch and advised that the case was raised to our Engineering team. They've escalated the case with NBN Co for further investigation and updates will be given via SMS or phone call as soon as it becomes available.
