Ongoing dropouts during peak hour

Issue has been ongoing for roughly 3 weeks now, I called support on Friday 6th and was told an engineer would reach out in 24 hours (heard nothing).
It's still happening (7-8th Novemeber) nbn dropping out at 7:10pm. I won't be suprised if it happen tomorrow at roughtly the same time.

Update: 09/11/2020

 

The NBN didn't disconnect at 07:10, I don't believe the issue is resolved yet and will monitor it for the rest of this week.

Never mind it disconnected at 7:55 9/11/2020. This is getting frustrating.

Hi @magicdownunder

 

We understand that our Engineers have been in touch and advised that the case was raised to our Engineering team. They've escalated the case with NBN Co for further investigation and updates will be given via SMS or phone call as soon as it becomes available.
