Ongoing dropouts, reconnections, stalled streaming, ever since install 3 months ago.

This is driving the entire family mad. The Telstra tech on install indicated issues with the install, and had to go back to depot for parts, to get line into house from poles opposite. Although I was given the "speed test" link by your tech support, it's not the speed at issue, it's the completely unreliable connections, and quality of the service. Can someone please assist??
