Hi There, No internet in Kent St vicinity of Ascot Vale since 8am yesterday. Jemena cut the power for 8 hours to perform "critical works" and all this was notified to us two weeks in advance. Power was restored 4pm yesterday after Jemena works complete, but NBN never came back on. NBN say that it was "unplanned" from their perspective, ie, they didn't know about it. So looks like a ** up between Jemena and NBN. Multiple properties affected. NBN say they are "working on it" but that communications should be maintained via TPG. I don't even see this outage listed?
