3rd outage since 2pm this afternoon.  This has been out ongoing experience for a long time and we need some action that rectifies the issue.

We've responded to your previous post here.

 

The case has been raised to our Engineering team as there's a possible fault within the NBN network.

 

Further updates will be given via SMS or phone call as soon as it becomes available.

Internet down yet again.  Yes we are waiting on another visit from an engineer.     PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE.

Our Engineering team has raised the issue directly with NBN Co and is awaiting updates. They should be in touch as soon an update becomes available.
