There is no scheduled/official outage with NBN.

 

I can see your NBN-HFC 50/20 service has been back up for 15mins now.

All tests are passing and speed is good.

It may have been a random event in the NBN network.

David if it was back up why then was I still only 1 or 2 mbps at 6pm tonight and spending an hour on the phone to tpg help and turning things off and on.....factory resetting modems and still porting to my phone.....funny how the quakers hill community page on Facebook there are many users complaining about the same thing......this happened yesterday as well!!!.

 

I think you (TPG) need to actually solve these issues - it is not the first time but for me it's very close to being the last. Especially when I am required to work from home...

If you're having speed issue only on specific time it could be an isolated issue.
