My NBN has stopped working, is there an outage?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you were able to contact our Tech team.

 

You were advised that the service is affected by a network outage that experienced by NBN Co. It is now resolved by their technician after replacing the faulty network hardware.

 

We can now detect that the service is working and within specification.
